In-company training
I deliver in-company training for a variety of clients on topics including coaching, personal development, persuasive power, conversations with impact, conflict resolution and GRIP.
I enjoy turning abstract or technical topics into digestible and interactive training sessions or workshops. Are you an expert in your field who struggles to transfer your message in a clear and engaging way?
I can offer expertise in:
- Translating your technical content (e.g. a manual, guidebook, research) into an interactive presentation or training. Topics I have experience with include: entrepreneurship, social innovation, youth participation, water (and WASH), food security, migration and conflict.
- Choosing (training) methods that fit your aim and audience.
- Turning a face-to-face training into an engaging online training.
Are you interested in a collaboration? Here’s what you need to know:
- A collaboration always starts with a no-obligation intake.
- In this intake, we explore your challenges and formulate the main objective and key conditions.
- I develop a short proposal outlining my approach, a preliminary programme and a budget.
- If the proposal meets your expectations, we agree on the deliverables, my role, your (organisation) role and the timeline.
- Part of any training design is a training needs assessment with the intended participants.
- At the end of the training delivery (e.g. a pilot), an evaluation is done with participants to help finetune the training design.
