How I work

Every coaching trajectory is different. I adapt the sessions to your situation and goals. Your needs are leading.

It always starts with a no-obligation intake session. We use this session to get to know each other and clarify your goal. If we both feel there is a match, we use approximately 4-7 sessions to work towards achieving your goal. In our sessions, we talk and work with different practical exercises to help you become more aware, make choices and take action. This continues at your work or at home with assignments. I coach with warmth and lightness. This means that I make time for deep reflection and contemplation as well as humor and pragmatism.

I think the combination of practical exercises along with the conversations was great and is what makes Lisa’s coaching style unique.

Juliana

I make use of different methodologies and techniques, including Voice Dialogue, DISC, MBTI, Transactional Analysis, systemic work, NLP, ACT and solution-oriented coaching. In practice and during sessions this means for you that I can apply different exercises specific to your needs and relevant for your goal.

Lisa supported my efforts in dealing with setbacks and formulating what I need. While doing that, her approach was always calming and reassuring.

Hilal

I coach in English and Dutch. Sessions can take place in my home in Amsterdam Westerpark or in my practice in Bussum (5 min walking from the station). I also offer coaching via Skype or Zoom if you live further afield.
