About Lisa

With my roots in Psychology, I have always been impressed by the enormous growth potential of people. One of my core values is development. For me, personal development drives development at the global level. My work in the international development sector is therefore no coincidence. I feel grateful to work internationally and support development professionals to become more effective in what they do, in turn maximising the impact of their important work. As a trainer, I gain so much joy when I see the ‘lightbulbs’ switch on in people’s eyes. As a coach, I observe the power of conversation and reflection to support people to take charge and make the changes that are needed.

Here’s what others say about me:

Lisa managed in just two hours to help me feel I was in control, and I could change the situation I was in. This is what strikes me the most of working with her.

Juliana

Lisa did not rush the process and allowed me time to think and work through things at my own pace. She is warm, calming and knowledgeable and provided guidance without being judgmental or forceful.

Jayna

The coaching trajectory with Lisa really helped me to list my skills and talents, what I look for in a job and where to look. It clarified my thoughts and I feel much more confident to start finding my dream job now. Lisa pushed me to think critically and out of the box, but I always felt welcome and safe.

Lisa’s warm, intuitive and flexible style of coaching helped me to discover what I find important for taking the next step in my career.
